HEELS (COMMERCIAL POP)

Heels, also known as "Commercial Pop Heels", is a style of dance originating in the US in the early 00's. The origins of Heels can be traced back to various dance styles, including Jazz, HipHop, and modern dance. 

Heels Commercial Pop is often performed in high-heeled shoes, hence the name "Heels." The use of heels adds a unique element to the dance, emphasizing leg lines and creating a visually striking performance. The dance style has since evolved to include a range of styles, from sexy and sultry to athletic and high-energy.

Today, Heels are a popular dance style performed in dance studios, competitions, and music videos around the world. The style has also gained mainstream exposure through TV shows like "So You Think You Can Dance" and movies like "Hustlers," where Jennifer Lopez showcased the dance style in her performances.
